“* UPDATE 7/15/25 * ITNSG has their software still logged into and blocking our entire business from operating. We have lost an entire day of work because they will not either 1- remove their software or 2- allow a routine and required update of our ONE operational ERP software we have used for almost a decade. April 2025 - They WERE great... now that they changed their billing platform their team mindset is only around payment and not the customer in any way. After 2 years of service with them we will be leaving as soon as our agreement terminates and we are no longer trapped with them. They OVERBILL for services they never render and you have to truly spend hours reading every single invoice because they're not what they used to be and they're only about their pockets and not your PC's.”
