Our story
Built by Jimmy Zehner on a simple belief: do right by your clients, every time.
Before founding ITNS Group in 2009, Jimmy Zehner spent years running a medical billing company in Sarasota — where he saw firsthand how badly small and mid-sized businesses were being served by traditional IT providers. Slow responses, locked-in contracts, confusing invoices, and a "set it and forget it" mentality that always seemed to forget the client.
He built ITNS Group to be the opposite of that — a Florida-based managed IT firm where real experts answer the phone, where there are no long-term contracts to trap anyone, and where every client is backed by a 100% client satisfaction guarantee. In the years since, ITNS has grown from Sarasota across the state — serving healthcare practices, law firms, churches, and growing businesses from the Gulf coast to Orlando.
